This is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from TMU Soccer. This action cannot be undone.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile and account information are permanently removed
- App data, preferences, and saved content are deleted
- You stop receiving notifications and updates
- Public records you generated as part of a tournament or club — match results, standings, payment audit rows — may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for organizer record-keeping
How to delete your account
- Open the TMU Soccer app on your device
- Go to Settings
- Select Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Can't delete through the app?
Email support@tmusoccer.com from the address attached to your account and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
Before you go
If something in the app isn't working the way you expect, we'd love to help fix it before you delete. Reach out to support@tmusoccer.com and we'll usually get back the same day.
